Excellent location if you are ok with a 10 minute walk to the centre of Bath. We went to the racecourse in the evening, and the taxi order service from the hotel was excellent and quick. The hotel was immaculately presented, The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We were also lucky enough to be able to park in the hotel car park after being led to believe that we would be lucky to do so. I worked out that as we arrived after check-out time of 11am and before check in time of 3pm, this was the reason why.. We got there about 12.30, paid £15 to park for 24 hours, walked into the centre, browsed the shops and went for lunch, then came back and checked in. Had we arrived at check in time, it could have been different. Breakfast was just OK and included in the price, We were glad it was provided before we checked out and returned home.

The bathroom was very well designed, it had a door that could be used to lock the whole bathroom, or just the toilet. If a family were using the room, someone could privately use the toilet while other people were brushing their teeth. The bed was fantastic. I got a good night's sleep. My mattress at home gets too hot after t hours and prevents me from sleeping any longer. The breakfast was good, and there was gluten-free bread available, and an allergy sheet to check what I could safely eat. There was a lift, which was good as I was on the top floor with a heavy suitcase. I was able to get parking on-site (at an additionsl fee), which really helped. The water tasted nice, and it made a good cup of tea.

Really good value for a one night stay in Bath. Good location, easy to access by car and a short walk from the City Centre without getting involved in the traffic and one-way systems. Car park on-site is public if you can get a slot but there is plenty of other parking nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed - couldn't expect more at this price point andfelt more of a proper hotel than say a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn which are comparably priced. Toiletries and bathroom were great and the room was well apointed - will stay here again. Breakfast was standard tourist-hotel buffet but was more than adequate and was included in the price.

Tim

The check in staff were exceptional - made the experience very simple and straight forward. The girl was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. However, there was a gentleman member of staff at breakfast that was very rude about what time breakfast was ending and would not let my daughter access the breakfast area to top up her drink even though there were 10 minutes till the actual end of service. The rooms were clean but very small and could use a bit of updating. We enjoyed our stay overall though.

Hotel was close to town and Sainsburys, only had a little walk into town, which was flat. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with had everything you need e.g. tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was good. Both hot and cold options, the hot breakfast was bacon, sausages, baked beans and scrambled egg which was a very good selection and always fresh/topped up. Beds were super comfy, fell asleep very quickly as they were very comfortable.
